It's hard to believe that another year is almost over. Time truly does fly when you're lost in a good book. As we approach the end of 2024, I can't help but reflect on my reading journey this year.
I set a reading goal of 30 books for this year, and while I've made steady progress, I've also faced challenges. Life's unexpected twists and turns often disrupted my reading plans. However, I've learned to be flexible and adaptable, adjusting my goals as needed.
As I look ahead to 2025, I'm faced with a dilemma: should I increase my reading goal or stick with 30 books? On one hand, I'm eager to challenge myself and read more books. On the other hand, I want to set realistic goals that I can actually achieve.
I'm leaning towards increasing my goal, but I'll need to be mindful of my other commitments. I'll also need to be realistic about the types of books I choose to read. Some books are more time-consuming than others, so I'll need to factor that into my planning.
Ultimately, the most important thing is to enjoy the reading journey. Whether I read 30 books or 50, as long as I'm happy and fulfilled, that's all that matters.
What are your reading goals for 2025? Are you planning to increase your goal or stick with what you've set? Let's discuss in the comments below!
