Sunday Funday: Six Flags Fright Fest and a New Book

Get ready for a spooky and exciting Sunday! I'm planning a day filled with thrills, chills, and a whole lot of reading.

First up, I'm hitting up Six Flags Fiesta Texas for their Fright Fest. I'm a huge fan of haunted houses and roller coasters, so this is the perfect way to get into the Halloween spirit. I can't wait to scream my head off on rides like the Goliath and the Titan, and get lost in the maze of terrifying attractions. I'm particularly excited about the new haunted house, which is supposed to be the scariest one yet.

After all the excitement of Fright Fest, I'm planning to cozy up with a good book. I've recently started "Local Woman Missing" by Mary Kubica, and I'm already hooked. It's a suspenseful mystery that has me on the edge of my seat. The story follows a small-town detective who is tasked with investigating the disappearance of a local woman. With a cast of intriguing characters and a twisty plot, I can't wait to see how the story unfolds.

I'm also planning to bring along a few other books to choose from, just in case I finish "Local Woman Missing" too quickly. I've been meaning to read "Look Closer" by David Ellis, and I've heard great things about "The Night Circus" by Erin Morgenstern.

So, that's my plan for Sunday! How about you? Any fun activities lined up for the weekend? Let me know in the comments below!
