I read the physical book and listened to the audiobook, and I highly recommend the latter. The narrator's performance brought the characters and their stories to life, making the experience even more immersive. The audio narration added a new dimension to the story, enhancing the emotional impact and making it difficult to put down. I honestly loved the audio so much, so 100% recommend for this book. 

While the plot was intricate and the twists were unexpected, I found myself wishing for a bit more depth in the characters. The pacing of the story was well-executed, with a balance of slow-burn tension and fast-paced action.

Despite that minor flaw, None of This is True is a thrilling read that fans of psychological thrillers will enjoy. Jewell's writing is captivating and her ability to create suspenseful and unpredictable plotlines is undeniable. If you remember anything from this review, listen to the audiobook, it is possibly one of the best audiobooks out there in my opinion.
